About the Artwork
Sky Mirror consists of a concave dish of polished stainless steel angled up towards the sky. Its reflective surface captures the ever-changing environment, creating interaction between the viewer and the object. It is sited in the largest open space in the area and the third largest public space in the City of London.
Anish Kapoor is one of the most influential sculptors of his generation. His work has been displayed all over the world. This is the first time his work can be seen in the City of London.
